Grant uses the most advanced home inspection technology on the market, this includes moisture detection with thermal imaging, radar to detect movement through the walls and a borescope for when visual inspection is necessary. Grant always gives the full service, this means climbing into and on the roof whenever possible for the most thorough search possible. You can expect your building inspection report to be sent to you within an hour of the inspection. All reports are highly detailed and easy to read so you can easily identify what areas were inspected and what was the outcome. Our reports include colour photos so we can clearly demonstrate any areas of concern and so that you have records of when the issue was identified.
